Police are asking for the public's help to find an at-risk missing Elk Grove girl.

Tiffany Tucker, 12, was last seen at her home in the Big Horn and Laguna Park area on Thursday, May 25 about 5 p.m. She is legally blind without corrective contact lenses, and she left her residence without taking contact lenses with her.

Tucker is described has long, straight, brown hair and green eyes. She is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. Police think she may be in the south Sacramento area.
