Leaders at Fort Drum are working with local civilian law
enforcement officials to locate Sgt. Patrick Rust, a Soldier
assigned to the 10th Mountain Division's Division Special Troops
Battalion.
Rust was listed as Absent Without Leave after not reporting for
duty March 16. He was last seen leaving a business on Arsenal
Street in Watertown March 15 wearing blue jeans, a green long
sleeve shirt and a brown or green baseball cap.

Hall was on leave from work recovering from a back injury. He
drives a 1996 black Jeep Cherokee. Police also discovered a large

buildings, and sheds. As the search continues officials say they
